This 4-hour Tactical Medical Training course provides essential life-saving skills based on Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) principles, tailored for law enforcement, security personnel, and other professionals operating in high-risk or rapidly changing environments. This is a condensed version of our 8-hour Tactical Emergency Medical Support (TEMS) course, designed to deliver core trauma care concepts in a shorter, mission-focused format.

Topics Covered Include:

  • Introduction to Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC)

  • Phases of Tactical Care: Care Under Fire & Tactical Field Care

  • Hemorrhage control: tourniquet application, wound packing, and pressure dressings

  • Airway and respiratory trauma basics (e.g., recovery position, chest seals)

  • Casualty movement and communication in a tactical setting
